Danville, Pennsylvania, Job Summary Geisinger’s Maternal Fetal Medicine division is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in Womens Health.
Job Duties Responsibilities will be to assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients presenting for high-risk pregnancy care by means of interview, health history, physical examination and diagnostic tests.
Interprets data and develops and implements therapeutic plans in collaboration with the Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician.
The MFM CRNP delivers comprehensive health care to the high-risk obstetrical patient focusing on health assessment, education, disease prevention as well as managing chronic disease health conditions.
Our services include Level II ultrasound, fetal echocardiography, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (amniocentesis, CVS, and PUBS) and genetic counseling.
Will work closely with Neonatologists in our Level IV NICU at GMC.
We have more than 4,000 births annually.
Our 19 general OB/GYNs provide L&D and postpartum coverage.
Our team includes 7 MFM Specialists, CRNPs, MFM Fellows, Genetic Counselors, and experienced Sonographers.
