Job Description
– Provide land
– related notary services to service seekers as per the competencies set forth by the law;
– Implement District’s strategies and programs on land and infrastructure in conformity with existing national policy, rules and regulations;
– Avail necessary data for the issuance of land titles and constitute a database of used and unused land in the Sector.
– Identify infrastructure facilities needs at the Sector level and report them to competent authorities;
– Follow up on activities related to infrastructure works in the sector;
– Implement the District habitat and community settlement plan in conformity with existing rules and regulations;
– Advise on settlement programmes, development and implementation in the Sector in conformity with the District’s strategy and national policies;
– Receive and examine application files for construction and deliver authorization for the rehabilitation of infrastructure;
– Prepare building rehabilitation permits to be issued by the Sector and closely inspect the implementation of the settlement plan;
– Supervise the implementation of strategies and mobilization mechanisms of local population for National Domestic Biogas and Improved Cook Stoves Programs at Sector level;
– Organize, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, rescue and social assistance of victims of disasters at sector level
– Provide data necessary for the functioning of National Early Warning and the Disaster Monitoring Information Systems;
– Work with specialized organizations to organize sessions of disaster simulation and rescue of people
– Organize and conduct campaigns meant to raise local population awareness on preparedness for disaster and its management

Job Description
– Organize, in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, trainings and
public awareness campaigns meant to disseminate new forestry technologies among beneficiaries;
– Supervise the identification and mapping of forest diseases, reforestation
and forests protection needs, vulgarization and valorization of trees and
forests at the sector level,
– Inspect forests harvesting practices comply with the applicable
regulations and standards;
– Maintain an updated database of forests operators within the

2. Assess and evaluate individual health conditions of the mother
3. Care mother in case of emergency and carry out screening tests
4. Collaborate with physician to develop plan of care
5. Teach student midwives
6. Identify and educate the women on the signs which indicate the progress of labour
7. Provide information about pain relief, birth positions and delivery options to facilitate informed choices
8. Assess foetal and maternal well
– being in all stages of labour
9. Identifies the signs and symptoms of complicated labour and post partum complication
10. Ensure the safety of both mother and newborn during and after childbirth
11. Help parents to cope with miscarriage, termination of pregnancy , stillbirth
12. Provide psychosocial support and reassurance to the couple d their relatives
13. Collaborate with physician for the follow
– up of the mother
14. Document all activities carried out in mothers file
15. Participate in environmental hygiene of the hospital
16. Educates the woman about discomforts of the pueperium and advises on strategies to relieve them

18. Transport any specimens that require diagnostic testing to the laboratory facilities

Job Description
1. To receive and orient patients in the hospital;
2. To identify psychosocial cases and work with them to find adequate solutions for their problems;
3. To fill forms those are a source of information on the psychosocial progress of the patient;
4. To serve as liaison between patients, healthcare providers and sponsors;
5. To organize and manage packages of support to enable patients to lead the fullest lives possible;
6. To educate patients and their close relatives on the management of the patients’ condition and its consequences;
