Elaborate studies and land use plans for rural areas for all districts; Prepare site approval documents Ensure the detailed physical sites are in place before constructions and development; Collect and manage all master plans and layout plans and ensure public access Collaborate daily and Coordinate with relevant institutions, local government and One-stop centres; Create and interpret maps, dashboards, and diagrams on land use plans; Meet with public officials and the public regarding rural development plans and land use Recommend approval or denial of proposals Identify the best way to meet community needs in terms of infrastructure and handling growth.
