Job description
Under the supervision of the Executive Secretary of the National Women Council, the incumbent shall have the following attributions:
– Elaborate and Propose to the NWC different strategies and programmes necessary to Women promotion;
– Propose to the NWC the resources mobilization strategies for the promotion of Women;
– Contribute to the elaboration of the National Women Council Strategic Plans;
– Ensure the elaboration and implementation of plans and projects of the National Women’s Council
– Initiate and ensure implementation of Monitoring and evaluation system within the National Women Council ;
– Contribute to the resources mobilization for the implementation of NWC programs ;
– Ensure the production of quarterly monitoring reports and advice on way forwards
– Ensure that weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plans and reports are consolidated;
– Coordinate the preparation and implementation of activities of the Women Empowerment Unit ;
-Contribute to clean audit;
– Carry out any other duties assigned to him/her

Job description
Under the supervision of the Executive Secretary of the National Women Council, the incumbent shall have the following attributions:
– To identify and determine the nature of women’s
social issues;
– To assist women who face social problems and
encourage them to pursue activities means
to facilitates their integration into social
– To encourage women to use various modern devices that can facilitate their daily activities
-To identify health related problems, and in particular those which affect women;
– To encourage women to get their children vaccinated,
attend prenatal consultation,
give birth at hospital, get treated for sexual transmitted
diseases and get proper vaccination
-Mobilise women to participate in different health
program;
7.Encourage women to follow birth control program
and provide a good education for their children; ;
8.Sensitize women to good hygiene practices especially
hygiene of their children, home, body,
clothing and cleaning tools, and to prevent desease and
preserve health by exercising;
9.Encourage women to emprove their nutrition;
10.Encourage women to prevent and protect
themselves against HIV and AIDS and any other
epidemic disease;
11. Propose to the NWC the partnership strategy with the community health workers;
12. Encourage women to join the medical insurance;
13. Encourage women to join leaning center, to have a
culture of reading and to seek out
information and disseminate it;
14. Encourage women to go to school and take part in
training and to take an interest in
science and technology
15. Encourage women to give girls and boys equal
opportunities in education;
16. Support technically, monitor and follow up, the
functioning of the NWC at Provincial,
and District levels;
17. Ensure the implementation of the NWC performance
contract, action plan and production
of report in province and District supervised or monitored
18. To carry out any other duties assigned by superior
organs in relation to her duties
and responsibilities.
