We are seeking suitable candidates for the following position:
Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Recruitment and training.
Requirements and Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Fluent in Both French and English
- Prior experience in a customer related environment
- Friendly approachable and outgoing.
- Working knowledge of social media platform tools.
- Ability to travel.
Successful candidates must be well spoken and be outgoing with good people skills.
Candidates must be 24 Years and above

- Delivering scripted information to describe the company’s products
- Resurveying clients to reconfirm if the details on the entry forms are correct.
- Confirming the attendance of the clients.
- Meeting daily set targets.
- Dealing with complaints to safeguard the company’s reputation.
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
Requirements and Qualification
