Job description
– Lead and manage the Made in Rwanda Secretariat
– Coordinate the implementation of the Made in Rwanda Policy interventions between various government institutions
– Set up and conduct a monitoring and evaluation framework for each specific activity
– Present findings on the implementation of the MIR Policy
– Support implementing institutions in requesting funds for MIR interventions
– Implement all MINICOM activities under the Mind Set Change Pillar of the MIR Policy
– Coordinate the efforts of the MIR Policy with those of the Economic Diplomacy Programme.

SPIU Coordinator at SPIU MINICOM: (Deadline 22 August 2022)
Job description
– term reviews and end of project reviews;
– Ensures adequateness of administrative and fiduciary management procedures of donor– funded projects/ programmes and their compatibility with those of MINICOM;
– Supervises budget preparation and financial planning for donor
– funded projects/programmes;
– ensures validation of annual budgets;
– Monitors management of contracts and grant agreements under donor– funded projects /programmes coordinated by the SPIU, and takes appropriate measures when required;
– Supervises audits processes and the implementation of audit actions plans;
– Fulfils any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisors.
