King Faisal Hospital Kigali is looking IT Professional Interns.
POSITION: IT Professional Intern (20)
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- He/she must be graduated in computer science, information technology or any other related field.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Extensive knowledge relating to information technology and the various applications and network configurations
- Knowledge and experience relating to IT acquisition process
- Proven computer literacy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and mostly to the new HMIS related.
- Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
- Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
- Assist users whenever there is a need.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
- Provide user training for basic hardware and software use.
