2021 Indonesia Government Scholarship – Fully Funded: (Deadline 20 April 2021)

Applications are open for the 2021 Indonesia Government Scholarship (KNB) – Fully Funded. The deadline for the scholarship is 20th April 2021. The scholarship is open for applicants from all around the world and for Bachelor Scholarship, Master Scholarship.

Beasiswa Kemitraan Negara Berkembang, popularly referred to as KNB Scholarship, may be a prestigious scholarship program offered by the govt of Republic of Indonesia to chose applicants originating from developing countries. Managed by the Directorate General of upper Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, the scholarship has been disbursed since 2008 to 1,290 recipients from 94 countries.

The role of KNB Scholarship, has been central in supporting Indonesian education institutions in their endeavor for internationalization. the amount of international students is indicative of worldwide visibility of upper education institutions. In support of Indonesian universities’ internationalization and to accommodate the increasing interests from applicants all round the world, the amount of scholarships being awarded per annum has continued to grow.

The scholarship has also been continuing to expand its partnership with reputable public and personal universities within the country. In doing so, the scholarship has been sustaining the standard improvement of Indonesian education institutions so as to satisfy the standards of internationally reputable universities.

Benefits of 2021 Indonesia Government Scholarship

• A Settlement Allowance of IDR 1,250,000 are going to be given.
• Living Allowance of IDR 2,550,000 per month
• During the Master Program, the KNB students will receive the subsequent benefits
• Living Allowance IDR 2,550,000

• Books Allowance IDR 350,000

Eligibility

Bachelors

• Maximum age is 25 years old.
• Possess a highschool degree (please provide the scanned degree certificate and academic transcripts in English). Please be advised that master degree holder isn’t eligible to use for the Master Degree scholarship.
• Have English Proficiency Test Score as follows: IBT TOEFL of 80, IELTS of 6.0, TOEIC of 700.
• Provide the advice letter to use for the KNB scholarship from the Indonesian Embassy or the Indonesian Consulate General.
• Provide recommendation letter to use for the KNB scholarship from the employer/immediate supervisor.
• Provide Academic Recommendation Letter from previous schools.
• Prove of citizenship (Official Passport or Personal ID).
• Complete the web form .

Masters

• Maximum age is 35 years old.
• Posses a bachelor degree (please provide the scanned degree certificate and academic transcripts in English). Please be advised that master degree holder isn’t eligible to use for the Master Degree scholarship.
• Have a minimum of the IBT TOEFL score of 80, or IELTS score of 6.0, or TOEIC score of 700 (the certificate must be obtained within last 2 Years).
• Provide the advice letter to use for the KNB scholarship from the Indonesian Embassy or the Indonesian Consulate General.
• Provide a recommendation letter to use for the KNB scholarship from the employer/immediate supervisor.
• Provide Academic Recommendation Letter from previous schools.
• Prove of citizenship (Official Passport or Personal ID).
• Complete the web form .

Application Procedure

• Download the Invitation Letter from the KNB Scholarship website.
• Submit the Invitation letter, Passport, Academic Certificates and Academic Transcripts to the Indonesian Embassy or Indonesian Consulate to accumulate the advice letter.
• Complete the web application process.
• Selection process.
• The Selection Results are going to be broadcasted online through the KNB Scholarship Website and officially announced through the Indonesian Embassy publication network.
