Applications are open for the 2021 Scholarships in Singapore – Fully Funded. The scholarship is open to all nationalities and the deadline is ongoing. The scholarship is offered by the Singapore University of Technology.

SUTD Singapore Scholarship is for Master Degree Programs & PhD Research Degree Programs. Benefits of 2021 Scholarships in Singapore
SUTD PhD President’s Graduate Fellowship (PGF)
- Open to all nationalities
- Full tuition fees
- Monthly stipend of:
- S$3,500 (Singapore Citizens)
- S$3,200 (Singapore Permanent Residents)
- S$3,000 (International Students)
- CPF contribution (Singapore Citizens only)
- Annual conference funding support
- Opportunities for sponsored overseas research, attachments and industry internships
- Open to all nationalities
- Full tuition fees
- Monthly stipend of:
- S$2,700,increased to $3,200 after passing Qualifying Exam (Singapore Citizens)
- S$2,200,increased to $2,700 after passing Qualifying Exam (Singapore Permanent Residents)
- S$2,000,increased to $2,500 after passing Qualifying Exam (International Students)

SUTD MEng (Research) Fellowship
- Open to all nationalities
- Full tuition fees (for up to 2 years)
- Monthly stipend of:
- S$2,500 (Singapore Citizens)
- S$1,500 (Singapore Permanent Residents and International Students)

Economic Development Board (EDB) Industrial Postgraduate Programme (IPP)
The EDB-IPP provides Singapore Citizens/ Permanent Residents with postgraduate training in a corporate R&D environment through EDB’s partnership with selected companies and with SUTD.
- Applicable for PhD and Master of Engineering (Research) programmes
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
- Full tuition fees
- Monthly salary & CPF contribution (remuneration determined by company)
Eligibility
- You can be Singapore National Holder or can belong to any other Nationality. There is no country restriction.
- For each scholarship & degree criteria is different on the website of the university.
