COLLECTION MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The job holder is the primary contact person in servicing all aspects

of customer business for the post-paid customers – corporate,

MNC’s, public sector and SME customer along with the key

account manager (KAM). HE/SHE should be customer service; developing

strong relationships with accounts to ensure sensitivity to the customer’s needs, concerns,and emerging requirement

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors’ degree in social sciences like business management,marketing or similar discipline.
• Master’s in business administration ,specialization in sales would be preferred.
• AT least 5+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications and consumer goods sales environment.
• Very strong exposure in establishment and expansion of market penetration.
• Should have held a management position with top line or bottom line responsibility in a large sized company
• Experience in  direct as well as indirect selling and key account management

Key responsibilities

The job holder will be responsible for management of newly

acquired customers in our network and for building

and developing business intelligent and analysis competencies

within the CVM team to achieve the targeted customer base

addition and CMS by the firmthrough ATL and BTL activities.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in electronics & communication or any related applied science field
• professional qualification in project management techniques
• hands on experience in RF , optimization, transmission and RAN network operation
• Analytical and reasoning abilities 10-12 years with a minimum of 6-8 years in deployment of GSM and/or 3G.
