Position Title: Sales Representative

BRALIRWA Plc is looking for four qualified, dedicated & experienced Sales Representatives reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Execute Sales Strategies
- Ensure that Bralirwa provides the best possible services to the Point of Sale
- Ensure that Bralirwa products are available to our consumers
- Ensure excellent and enduring relationships with distributors and critical outlets
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (A0) in Business Administration, Finance or Economics or any other related field
- Extensive experience in the Commercial field for a minimum of 2 years
- English/French and Kinyarwanda language skills (written and spoken)
- Computer skills in MS Excel.
Other:
- Commercially assertive, excellent customer service skills, pro-active, relationship skills, results-driven, highly ethical, and energetic
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- High level of commitment and working with minimal supervision.
- Bias for action and capacity to deliver efficiently and effectively
- Driver’s license B
Working Environment/Conditions:
- Current openings are across the country; applicants must work and live in the assigned areas.
- Work environment: Field-based with constant travel around the assigned areas
