BRALIRWA Plc is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and experienced Distributor Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric and committed to delivering tasks related to developing Route to Consumer Strategies on time and in full. The position will be based in Kigali, with the incumbent reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

JOB PURPOSE:

To Develop and shape distributor proficiency through Joint Business Plan, contract management  and champion the customer-centricity journey for distributors. Expected to work closely with the E-commerce team to embed Digitalization of Distributor processes.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Deliver the optimum Look-of-Success results (LOOKS)Continuous assessment and improvement of the JBP’s.
  2. Distributors contract management. Responsible for the distributor’s contract management.
  3. Uphold the customer-centricity strategy at distributors. In collaboration with the Customer Service & Logistics team, he/She is responsible for upholding the customer-centricity strategy for distributors. Increased customer satisfaction by resolving Demand Vs Supply issues. Engage the sales team to effectively instil the drivers of satisfaction and act on improvement areas in collaboration with CS&L.
  4. Digitalization of distributors. In collaboration with the E-commerce team and RBMs, he/she is responsible for embedding Digitalization of Distributor processes.
  5. Returnable Packaging Materials Planning and Management. In collaboration with the Customer Service & Logistics team, he/She is responsible for upholding the customer-centricity strategy for distributors. Increased customer satisfaction by resolving Demand vs. supply issues regarding products and empties.
  6. Embed safety at distributors. Responsible for embedding the safety transformation for the Distributors and the staff. Ensure usage of PPEs at distributors. Upkeep safety training and awareness

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelors in business administration, Management, Economics or any other related field
  • 3 to 5 years working in a commercial industry,
  • Minimum of 3 years working in a consumer-goods industry
  • 3 to 5 years in a Sales and distribution or account management position
  • Fluency in English, French, Kinyarwanda
  • Advanced level of MS Excel.

JOB PURPOSE:

 The treasury lead ensures the deployment of company’s cash resources to maximum advantage while ensuring that adequate funds are available when needed. The Treasury lead will be responsible for planning and managing the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company.

  TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Treasury functions and cash flow management
  • Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
  • Forecast regular cash requirements and execute financing decisions.
  • Prepare or monitor company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
  • Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
  • Control the liquid funds of the business on daily basis.
  • Control forex obligation of the business
  • Manage all Bank Accounts and ensure that reconciliations are up to date.
  • Make local and overseas remittances promptly.
  • Accuracy of cash allocation for customers.
  1. Financial institution and investment management
  • Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies vs the cash position.
  • Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions.
  • Ensure that debt payments and related transactions and other obligations are met as due.
  • Manage all aspects of in-house investment portfolios.
  • Manage relationships with financial service providers.
  • Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits the Company’s requirements.
  • Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.
  • Maintain a balance between short- and long-term investments.

  • Report on changes in Rwanda Foreign Exchange Regulations.
  • Review policy on most economical sources of forex.
  • Review and recommend changes to the investment  policies based on the market conditions.

The job holder should have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering, or related field

JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Representative must achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. He/she promotes, sells, and secures pre-sales orders in line with the Touch Points/Customer Persona Strategy from existing and prospective customers through the established RtC enabled by Digital relationship-based approach. He/she also demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best products to their needs and serve as a link between company and the retail outlets through Excellent Omni-Channel Execution approach.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. MARKET DEVELOPMENT EXECUTION
  • Execute sales strategies involves selling present products / services in new markets and take actions like targeting promotions.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Outsourcing
  • Implement a Smart outsourcing strategy within OSPs working with Bralirwa
  • Ensure good communication between OSPs and the Company i.e. be the liaison between the Company and OSPs
  • Ensure that OSPs fulfil legal requirements for their employees and working conditions of employees are improved
  • Evaluate and report the efficiency of outsourcing on employment.
  • Conduct internal audits and control from time to time with respect to human rights and social compliance.
  • Collect monthly information on payroll and working hours of all outsourced employees
  • Follow up on OSPs’ contract validity.
  • Check and approve invoices
  • Ensure audit findings are closed in Bwise
  1. HR contact with external partners
  • Be the contact of Fond Social Bralirwa (FSB) beneficiaries and organize their payments.
  • Monitor study loan payments with BRD
  • Receive and process external requests addressed to HR
  1. Reporting
  • Provide monthly outsourcing report (number of workers, hours worked, paylist)
  • Provide reports on FSB beneficiaries and fund usage on a quarterly basis.
  • Prepare a report on the Student loan payment process

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
