Negocios Ltd is a private institution with 10 years of experience in printing industry, registered in 2015 by article 24 of the law no 17/04/2018 governing Companies in Rwanda through Rwanda Development Board (RDB), Mainly Negocios Ltd deals with Printing services and promotional materials and branding

Job Vacancy: Accountant

Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary Accountant

Key responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile petty cash account
Prepare regular financial statements Reports
Ensure the Compliance with financial policies and regulations
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures

Qualification

Should have bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance,
Should have an experience of 2 years at least
Should be familiar to excel and QuickBooks
