Rwanda Broadcasting Agency (RBA) hereby invites proposals from competent consultant firms for the acquisition of consultancy service to Review RBA organizational structure; Capacity needs assessment and training for Rwanda Broadcasting Agency, as indicated in details in the terms of references included in the tender document. Participation is open on equal conditions to all qualifying consultant firms specialized in the field of the assignment through National open consultants. Tender Documents may be obtained from www.umucyo.gov.rw. Bids “shall” be accompanied by a “bid security worth to Rwanda francs, One Million (Rwf 1,000,000)” and proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Rwandan francs (RWF 5,000) deposited to Account titled “Rwanda Revenue Authority” opened in all commercial banks of Rwanda. Well prepared and scanned technical documents and other required administrative documents shall be uploaded and submitted to www.umucyo.gov.rw not later than 05/04/2021 at 11:00 AM Local time. Late bids submission will be rejected by the E-procurement system. Bids will be opened automatically by E-procurement system prior the deadline for submission 11:10 AM Local time.
