Addendum Tender Notice No 004/01/Fy21: (Deadline: 29 January 2021)
FH Association RWANDA (FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY) wishes to inform you some changes on tender Notice No 004/01/FY21 Advertised on 6th January 2021 related to construction of a mini-market in Gatunda Sector of Nyagatare District in Eastern Province, Protection and rehabilitation of 5 water sources in Nyagihanga Sector of Gatsibo District in Eastern Province, Rehabilitation of Nyagihanga health post in Nyagihanga Sector of Gatsibo District, rehabilitation of ECD center in Gatunda Sector of Nyagatare District in Eastern Province. And rehabilitation of Ruyanza ECD center in Nyarubaka Sector of Kamonyi District in Southern province, and Extension of water pipeline in Nyagishubi, Ruyanza and Kigusa community in Nyarubaka Sector of Kamonyi District in Southern Province.
Due to the new government COVID19 restrictions placing the city of Kigali into lockdown including the close of offices. Please be informed that bids submission will be done electronically at this email address: fhr-tendercommittee@fh.org the submission date is changed from 22nd January 2021 to 27th, 28th, and 29th January 2021 not later than 3:00PM.
N/B: Bidders should start submitting their bids from 27th January 2021, bids submitted before that date will not be considered. And the deadline for submitting bids it’s 29th January 2021 at 3:00pm
The tender document can be sent to the email of interested bidders who wish to submit their bids upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of non-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwandan francs per lot (10,000 Rwf/lot) through the said above email. This payment can be done to FH Association Rwanda Bank Account N° 4002200337223/RWF opened in Equity Bank.
N/B: Deadline for bidders to provide their proof of payment and getting tender document is 26th January 2021 at 2pm.
The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session due to the social distancing requirements in order to prevent spreading of Covid-19 pandemic. Communication of the opening result will be shared through e-mail to the bidders.
FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate
