1. How to obtain the bid document
Plan International Rwanda wishes to inform you some changes on Procurement Notice No PLAN/CO/FY21/01/004 advertised on 15th January 2021. Due to the new government COVID19 restrictions placing the city of kigali into lockdown including the close of offices, The bid document will be electronically available at MarieGrace.Twahirwa@plan-international.org upon the payment proof of 10,000RWF payable to the account # 25009159001 opened in I & M Bank.
It is also available for inspection at the premises of the Contracting Authority, addressed as in point 3 above. Bids must be submitted using the standard bid form included in the bid document, whose format and instructions must be strictly observed.
2. Submission of bids
Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “CONSTRUCTION OF 23 HOUSES FOR VULNERABLE FAMILIES (13 houses in Gatsibo & 10 houses in Bugesera)”, bids will be submitted in separate envelops per locations ( PU Gatsibo or PU Bugesera) and submitted electronically not later than 12.00 hours, on January 28th 2021 at Tendersreceipt.rwanda@plan-international.org
