We deal with logistics, trade of cement raw materials and general supply of different items. TekAccess prides itself of premium quality products and bespoken customer care.
Administration officer
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 2- 3 years of experience with two references
- A university degree in business administration, marketing or any other related fields
- Can speak English and Kinyarwanda fluently and any addition language is an advantage.
- Demonstrated self-awareness, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong human resource management skills.
- Team and performance management Skills Ø Mentoring and team development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact between the partners, executive office and the team.
- Will be in charge of the human resource.
- Will be in charge of the daily schedule preparation and follow up.
