Advert Notice: Request for expression of interest(EOI) For hiring individual National Consultants for Recruitment Services at The Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA): (Deadline 19 May 2025)

The Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) is an exclusive membership organization established in 2002. It brings together all Districts and the City of Kigali to help them fulfill the responsibilities assigned under the decentralization policy adopted in 2000. RALGA’s vision is to have efficient local government entities that actively involve people and stakeholders in development. Its objective is to assist local government entities in achieving their mission while adhering to the principles of good governance and decentralization.

RALGA wishes to update its pool of qualified consultants that provide professional and quality recruitment services to Decentralized Administrative Entities. Hence, the Association is looking for flexible, national individual and experienced consultants that can provide professional and quality recruitment services in different fields.

Application Procedures:

Interested applicants who meet the eligibility criteria are invited to submit the following documents:

• A letter of expression of interest
• A detailed CV with three (3) professional referees, including their contact information
• A notarized degree or certificate
