Applications are now open for the 2025/2026 African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) Graduate Development Programme. The Graduate Development Programme aims to prepare the incumbents to acquire the legal certification required to work within the mining industry. Furthermore, to complete the applicable training to gain exposure and knowledge across sections and develop personally to contribute towards achieving business goals.

- Relevant tertiary qualification in BSc Geology (Honours).MSc Geology advantageous.
Junior Engineers X 2Job Requirements: - Relevant tertiary qualification in BEng / BSc Mechanical or High Current Electrical Engineering degree or National Diploma.Graduate Human Resources Development X 1
Job Requirements: - Relevant tertiary qualification a degree in Human Resources Development or Industrial Psychology
Graduate Rock Engineer X1
Job Requirement:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in BSc Mining Engineer/ Geology/ Natural Sciences.Graduate Tailing Dam Engineers X2
Job Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in BSc Civil Engineering degree.
Graduate Mining Engineers X 1Job Requirements: - Relevant tertiary qualification degree or national diploma in Mining EngineeringGraduate Occupational Hygiene X 1
