TENDER NOTICE: No 016 AgDF/M/CN/NCB/2020
Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF) herebyinvitesqualified companies to submit their bids for the following tender:
- Provision of services for the property valuation of former UmubanoHotel and BureraBeach Resort Hotel.
- The Tender Document in English may be obtained on any working days upon presentation of proof of payment of ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW 10,000) non-refundable fee paid to AgDF corporate trust Ltd account number 00040-00424687-43 held in Bank of Kigali.
- Well-printed bids written in English language, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is original in sealed envelopes and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Agaciro Development Fund will be submitted at AgDF headquarters in RSSB tower II 3rd floor buildings not later than 07th Aug2020 at 10:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected and online submissions will not be accepted.
- The opening of bids will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in AgDF board room on 07th Aug 2020 at 10:30 AM.
- Bidders should be companies registered in Rwanda and their staff should be certified byInstitute of RealProperty Valuers in Rwanda (IRPV).
- The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name.The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
- Bidders must come for site visit on:
- 28thJuly 2020at former Umubano Hotel from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
- 29th July2020 at Burera Beach Resort Hotelfrom 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
