AI-Assisted Content Creator & Video Editor at LG Business Solutions: (Deadline 19 September 2025)
We are looking for a talented and motivated Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who is passionate about digital content and eager to use AI tools to streamline the video production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality, engaging long-form videos and short-form content for an international audience, and localizing it for a Rwandan audience.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing: Edit long-form YouTube videos (10-15 minutes) and short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikToks) using video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
AI Tool Integration: Utilize AI tools such as Descript, ElevenLabs, or Pictory to assist with tasks like text-based editing, transcription, and voiceovers.
Localization: Adapt content for a Rwandan audience by translating subtitles, descriptions, and video titles from English to Kinyarwanda.
Content Optimization: Work with the team to optimize videos for YouTube’s algorithm by adding compelling titles, descriptions, and tags.
Project Management: Organize and manage video files, project timelines, and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in a video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).
AI Tool Proficiency: A strong interest in and willingness to learn and use AI tools for content creation. Experience with specific tools like Descript, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms is a significant plus.
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Kinyarwanda.
Creativity and Storytelling: A good eye for visual storytelling and the ability to turn raw footage and scripts into an engaging narrative.
Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Self-Motivated: Proactive, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio: A portfolio of previous work is required. This can include links to YouTube channels, personal projects, or short demo reels.
