Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the AICD NFP Scholarship 2025/26, applicants must:

1. Be 18 years or older
2. Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
3. Be a current or aspiring director or leader in a small to medium not-for-profit organisation (annual revenue under $3 million)
4. Not be disqualified from serving as a director
5. Not have completed the AICD’s Foundations of Directorship, Company Directors Course, or Boardroom Mastery programs (over-qualified candidates are ineligible)

Both AICD members and non-members are eligible to apply.
