Aquaculture and Fisheries Nutrition, Feeds and Feeding Research Fellow at RWANDA AGRICULTURE AND ANIMAL RESOURCES DEVELOPEMENT BOARD (RAB): (Deadline 4 March 2022)
Job description
Collaborate with the National Counterparts in coordination of Research for development and extension services in Aquaculture and Fisheries Nutrition, Feeds and Feeding;
-Conducting researches for development in the Aquaculture and Fisheries Nutrition, Feeds and Feeding;
-Conduct research and Disseminate the innovative technology outcome on Aquaculture and Fisheries Nutrition, Feeds and Feeding in Rwanda;
-Promote adaptive research and extension approaches in Aquaculture and Fisheries Nutrition, Feeds and Feeding;
-Understand, analyze, and disseminate Aquaculture and Fisheries Nutrition, Feeds and Feeding innovative technology;
-Developing innovations and projects that insure sustainable Aquaculture and Fisheries Nutrition, Feeds and Feeding in Rwanda;
-Develop SOP/ guidelines and strategies for suitable Nutrition, Feeds and Feeding in various farming system in Rwanda;
-Write competitive research proposals to be submitted to available grants at national, regional and international levels to collect, process, analyse, publish and disseminate relevant information on Aquaculture and Fisheries Nutrition, Feeds and Feeding in different agro ecological zones of the country;
-Ensure the capacity building of RAB staff, stakeholders on Aquaculture and Fisheries Nutrition, Feeds and Feeding;
-Strengthen partnership with regional and international research / development institutions, Scientist, Extension agent, private sector actors in the Aquaculture and projects involved in the Aquaculture and Fisheries Nutrition, Feeds and Feeding promotion in Rwanda;
-Produce consolidated quarter and annual reports;
-Report to the Program Coordinator;
