Venue: WFP Headquarters – Kicukiro, Ziniya, KK 512 St, Kigali
VEHICLE VIEWING
Dates: Monday, 24 November – Friday, 5 December 2025
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Auction Site (same as venue)
BIDDING REQUIREMENTS
For Vehicles
- A refundable deposit of Frw 5,000,000 is required to obtain a bidding number and catalogue.
- Payment must be made via bank transfer or certified cheque to:

- Deposit deadline: Friday, 5 December 2025
- Unsuccessful bidders will receive a refund.
- Successful bidders must complete payment within 3 days; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
For Non-Vehicle Materials
- A refundable deposit of Frw 300,000 (same payment details as above) is required before bidding.
IMPORTANT NOTE
All vehicles are duty-free. Successful bidders must clear the vehicles with RRA before removal from the auction site.
