AYFN Japan WINTER Culture Camp 2026 (Fully Funded) Deadline: 25 November, 2025
Applications are now open for the AYFN JAPAN Winter Culture Camp 2026. It is a Fully Funded week-long Camp in Osaka, hosted by the ASEAN Youth Friendship Network (AYFN).
This Cultural exchange program in Japan takes place from the 8th to the 13th of February 2026. IELTS is not required. The program’s objective is to give participants an understanding of Japanese culture, the Japanese language, and to network with fellows from different parts of the world. During the Camp, participants will also visit three different Cities in Japan (Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara).

Features of the AYFN Japan Culture Camp
- 6-Day Immersive Experience in Osaka, Japan.
- Pre-departure Japanese Language Class.
- Explore three distinct cities: Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara.
- Engage in a Heritage Walking Tour of Kyoto.
- Deepen understanding of Japanese culture through food, lifestyle, and cultural activities.
- Cultural Tour Activities in the Heart of Japanese Culture.
- Explore Japanese cuisine, including sushi, udon, ramen, and other local delicacies.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Program is open to all Nationalities.
- Applicants’ Age: 17 – 35 years old.
- Must have a Strong interest in Travel and Culture.
- Active involvement in social and youth activities.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to travel to Japan during the program dates.
- Must be in Good physical and mental health.
