Applications are now open for the Blossom Academy’s Data Analytics & Data Science Training. Blossom Academy, in partnership with Digital Africa, is offering a fully sponsored training program designed to equip startup employees in Ghana, Nigeria, and Rwanda with high-demand digital skills in Data Analytics and Data Science.
This initiative, known as Talent 4 Startups, aims to accelerate the competitiveness of African startups by investing in their most valuable asset: people. The program targets both junior and senior startup employees, offering customized tracks aligned to participants’ current roles and future ambitions.
Program Tracks:
Junior Startup Employees (Data Analytics Track)
- 5-month hybrid program (60% online, 40% in-person)
- Tools covered: Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Soft skills training and real-world startup projects
- Culminates in a DataCamp Data Analytics Certification
Senior Startup Employees (Data Science Track)
- 6-month fully virtual, part-time program
- Topics include: Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, MLOps, and Deployment
- Work on live datasets from your organization
- Culminates in a DataCamp Data Scientist Certification

Eligibility:
- Must be currently employed by a startup or SME in Ghana, Nigeria, or Rwanda
- Junior employees: 0–4 years of experience
