BRAC offers a premier Young Professionals Programme (YPP) that nurtures early-career leaders ready to tackle international development challenges through immersive, hands‑on learning. Open to Bangladeshi citizens, this six-month paid programme places participants in on-field roles, supported by structured training, mentorship, and exposure to multiple operational areas.

- Duration: 6 months of intensive learning across classroom training and field placements, followed by a 2-year appointment in BRAC field operations

Who Should Apply?
Eligible applicants are:
- Fresh graduates or professionals with a bachelor’s degree (minimum CGPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent)
- Individuals with demonstrated leadership or initiative in extracurricular activities, volunteering, or personal resilience
- Bangladesh nationals only
