Placements are made based on programme needs and may occur in any BRAC office across Bangladesh. This includes both field-based and office-based roles, offering a broad exposure to BRAC’s work at various levels.

What kind of roles or responsibilities can a Young Professional expect during the programme?
Young Professionals work directly with programmes, frontliners, and communities. They lead community-based projects and gain practical exposure while learning from BRAC leaders.
