The Unleashing Human Rights Forum 2025 is a fully funded, three-day youth-focused event taking place 9–11 December 2025 at the European Youth Centre in Budapest, Hungary. Co-organised by the Council of Europe (Youth, Education & North South Centre) and the UN Human Rights Office (OHCHR)—with partners like the European Youth Forum and Amnesty International—this forum aims to critically assess and renew strategies for human rights education by, for, and with young people.

- Where: European Youth Centre, Budapest
- Who: ~250 participants, including 50 from non-European regions
