The main duties of the intern are:
- Support and the execution of the Learning and development initiatives
- Data Detective: Collect, analyze, and use data to create action plans that keep the property’s learning initiatives on target.
- Provide L&D services and support to all the departments.
- Play a key role in the data collection analysis and action planning for the property.
- Coordinate and schedule various learning activities as needed.
- Handle all the essential administrative tasks that keep the L&D function running smoothly.
- Prepare reports on learning data, like LMS assignments, completions, and attendance, so you can track progress and make adjustments.
- Learning System support – LMS course creations & audience assignment.
Eligibility Criteria
