ASTEP invites motivated individuals to apply for its Holistic Massage Therapy Internship Program — an enriching, skills-based training designed to equip aspiring therapists with practical experience and professional grounding.
About the Program:
This internship provides toured hands-on skill development in the field of holistic massage therapy. Interns will engage in both guided practice and direct application of therapeutic techniques, supported by experienced practitioners in a structured, educational setting.
Through, ASTEP (AMAZON SKILL TRAINING AND EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM) wished to extent its vast experience to helping interns who wish to have hand on skill practical lessons in HOLISTIC MASSAGE THERAPY by benefiting from our fully equipped Wellness center, prior experience shaped the needfulness of adding a stone in creating more jobs in Rwanda but most importantly develop the hospitality and leisure industry.

Internship Duration: 1month
Program Highlights Include:
- A fun and practical look at General Anatomy and Physiology
- Introduction to Code of Practice and Policies relevant to holistic therapy
- Foundational techniques in Swedish/Classic Massage
- Sports Massage: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- River Hot Stone Massage: Application Standards and SOPs
- Comprehensive Traditional Reflexology & Trigger Point Therapy
- Indian Head Massage techniques for stress relief
- Facial Massage Applications within holistic practice
Training fee: 200,000 Rwf
Benefits:Earn a Certificate of Training upon successful completion

Application Requirements:
- To be considered for this program, applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years’ old
- Have prior massage training or experience (minimum 6 months)
- Submit an updated CV and a letter of intent
- Be able to commit up to 4 hours a day for practical training.
