Call for Proposals for two Separate tender at Ecobank Rwanda Plc. :(Deadline 7 March 2025)
Ecobank Rwanda Plc, a commercial bank registered in the Republic of Rwanda and regulated by the National Bank of Rwanda, with its head office located at the Ecobank Building in Kigali, along KN 3 Avenue, invites qualified and experienced bidders to submit proposals for the following services:
- Supply, installation, and commissioning of a firefighting system at Ecobank.
- Supply, installation, and commissioning of a plumbing network at Ecobank.
Interested and qualified companies are invited to request the tender documents via email at [email protected]. The document request period is from 27th February to 7th March 2025.
Additionally, bidders are required to register for a site visit, which is scheduled for Tuesday, 4th March 2025 and can also be arranged by sending an email to the same address.
Submission Deadline:
Proposals must be submitted in properly bound and sealed packages to the Ecobank Courier Service Office on or before 7th March 2025 during official working hours. Late submissions will not be considered and will be automatically rejected.
