Call for Supplying the Plastic Rain Water Harvesting Tanks in Bugesera, Nyaruguru and Gatsibo Districts at IMBARAGA Farmers Organization (Deadline: 17 November, 2025)
ToR: CALL FOR SUPPLYING THE PLASTIC RAIN WATER HARVESTING TANKS IN BUGESERA, NYARUGURU AND GATSIBO DISTRICTS
- Introduction
IMBARAGA Farmers’ Organization is aiming to improve livelihoods of rural farming communities, increase income generating activities at households levels, and ensure food and nutrition security and safety of the program participants; with focus on climate change resilience and market access for small-scale farmers.
2. Assignment
In order to achieve the goals above, IMBARAGA Farmers’ Organization would like to invite the suppliers (companies or an individual suppliers) to deliver two hundred and ten (210) plastic rain water harvesting tanks .
The plastic water harvesting tanks will be distributed to the project participants in Nyaruguru district (Muganza, Munini and Rusenge sectors), Gatsibo district (Rwimbogo, Murambi and Kiziguro sector), and Bugesera district (Kamabuye and Ngeruka sectors). In each district, 70 plastic rain water harvesting tanks will be distributed.
3. Scope of work
IMBARAGA invites competent companies or individuals for tendering for delivering of plastic water tanks.
The conditions and requirements for quality of water tanks to be supplied are outlined below:
- The tanks must be new, plastic
- The tanks must be in good condition at sites of distribution
- The tank capacity is 2000L
4. Approach
- Delivery deadline: Not later than 15 working days after contract signature / purchase order reception
- Mode of delivery: The all tanks will be delivered at sectors level and supplier is responsible for transportation
- Eligibility and required documents
Interested suppliers must submit the following:
- Company registration certificate
- Valid RRA tax clearance
- Proof of past experience in supplying of rain water harvesting tanks
- A detailed financial offer (unit cost per tank and total cost)
- Delivery lead time
- Evaluation criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on:
- Compliance with technical specifications
- Price competitiveness
- Delivery timeline
- Relevant experience and past performance
- Submission instructions
All bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked: “Tender for Supply of rain water harvesting tanks”
- Deadline: 17th November 2025 at 10:00 AM at IMBARAGA Head Office Kigali KK18AV214 with immediate opening. Late bids will not be considered.
