  • Register on www.ceepus.info by creating your My CEEPUS account. Confirm your registration through email and access your personal Mobility Desktop.

Freemover applicants must upload a Letter of Acceptance from a Hungarian host university and two recommendation letters from their home institution. If you are not a citizen of a CEEPUS country but are studying in one, you will need an Equal Status certificate.
  • Review your application carefully and submit it by clicking “check & submit.”
  • Track your application on the Mobility Desktop. You’ll see updates such as waiting for home coordinator’s nomination, awaiting host institution’s response, nominated by host office, or awarded/rejected.
  • If selected, log back in and accept the award. You will then receive your official Letter of Award from Hungary’s National CEEPUS Office along with further instructions.
  • After arrival, your scholarship payments will be handled through your host institution. Before leaving Hungary, don’t forget to upload your Mobility Report and Letter of Confirmation signed and stamped by your host coordinator.
