Census Methodology statistician at National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR): (Deadline 31 January 2025)
Job responsibilities
• To draft law organizing census activities; • To design technical instruments required for the execution of the census (enumerator’s manuals, census questionnaire; dwelling units and household listing booklets, recapitulation sheet); • To organize the training of census temporary staff; • To develop the methodology to be used in the census; • To ensure the coordination of field work operations; • To establish a framework for the supervision of field work operations; • To produce reports on field work (pilot enumeration and nationwide enumeration); • To do any other task as may be required by the supervisors.
