INVITATION TO TENDER № 98/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/08/11/2025

Bank of Kigali Plc would like to renew its Cisco Subscription required to ensure continued access to critical security patches, firmware updates, and vendor technical support therefore Bank of Kigali plc would like to invite bids from local, regional and international service providers for the above mentioned services.

Interested Bidders shall express their interest on procurement@bk.rw to get the Specifications from 25^th November 2025. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 05^th December 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with your company’s email.

Clearly state the price proposals, delivery period and payment terms. Provide a partnership certificate with Cisco and references of similar assignment. Provide detailed company profile, Company registration certificate, a valid trade license and Tax Clearance Certificate. The subscription should be valid for one year.
