The Embassy is looking for a collaborator (m/f) for the consular section.
Belgian Embassy
Profile:
• Higher education diploma or higher of short type
• Professional experience in the administrative field of at least 4 years, experience in
an embassy or in the consular/visa field is an asset
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
• Have a good command of French and/or English (written and spoken) and
Kinyarwanda, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• Experience of teamwork, proof of sense of responsibility, integrity
• Friendly attitude at the counter with clients appreciated
• Be a legal resident in Rwanda
Gross monthly salary: 1,2 – 1,3 mio RWF/month

Nous cherchons un.e collaboratrice/collaborateur pour la section consulaire.
Profil :
• Diplôme études supérieures ou supérieur de type court
• Une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine administratif de 4 ans au minimum,
expérience dans une ambassade ou dans le domaine consulaire/visa est un atout
• Bonne connaissance de Word, Excel, Outlook
• Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français et/ou de l’anglais (écrit et parlé) et du
Kinyarwanda, connaissance du néerlandais est un plus
• Expérience de travail en équipe, preuve de sens des responsabilités, être intègre
• Attitude conviviale au guichet avec clients appréciée
• Être résident.e légal.e au Rwanda
Salaire mensuel brut: entre 1,2 – 1,3 mio RWF/mois
