Background

Purpose of the internship:
The purpose of this position is to provide communications support to World Vision Rwanda stakeholders to enhance the visibility of World Vision Rwanda’s projects. The Communications Intern will collaborate with the appropriate National Office staff to position World Vision as a humanitarian leader in Rwanda. The expected results will be enhanced visibility, brand promotion, and communications quality assurance support at World Vision Rwanda, to effectively demonstrate the organization’s impact on the lives of the most vulnerable and deepen its commitment to them.

Internal Communications: Draft and design content to feature in the organization’s newsletters, internal weekly bulletin, and other channels. |

Social Media content: Drafting content for World Vision Rwanda’s social media platforms. |

- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities
Physical Requirements:
The person will be required to work and report at the Rwanda World Vision Rwanda
Head Office in Nyarutarama.
