TENDER NOTICE
TENDER TITLE: CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF BIOGAS UNITS IN NGOMA DISTRICT, MUGESRA SECTOR AND BUGESERA DISTRICT, NYARUGENGE SECTOR.
Send a Cow Rwanda (SACR) funded by FONERWA towards the cost of Greening Girinka project for piloting climate-smart approaches into crop-livestock intensification intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
Send a Cow Rwanda (SACR) therefore invites qualified companies with proven experience in Construction and installation of biogas units to submit bids for construction and installation of biogas units in Ngoma district (Lot:1) and Bugesera District (Lot:2) as shown in detail in the tender document.
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from Send a Cow office on any working day from 10/03/2021 at SACR Office, P.O. Box 522 Kimihurura-Kigali, KG 2 AV 4, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Francs only (10,000 RWF) to Account No 6775000006 opened at Ecobank.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach at the address mentioned above not later than 9/04/2021 at 10.30 am. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in the SACR conference room on 9/04/2021 at 11.00 am.
A compulsory site visit will be conducted by the representative (s) of Send a cow Rwanda. The time and place for departure are fixed on 23/03/2021 at 11:00 a.m. local time at Mugesera Sector Office for the visit in Mugesera sector, Ngoma district and on 24/03/2021 at 11:00 a.m. local time at Nyarugenge Sector office for the visit in Nyarugenge sector, Bugesera district.
All bids shall be accompanied by a tender security of 250,000 RWF for each lot.
The validity of the offers shall be 120 days from the date of submission of bids.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement.
Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Country Director of SACR at the above mentioned address not later than 7 days before the date of bids submission.
