Inades-Formation Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the construction of seven drying sheds and supply of construction materials in the districts of Kirehe, Ngoma, and Nyaruguru as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements. The Tender Document in English may be obtained from Inades-Formation Rwanda head office, located at Remera in Gasabo District behind Remera main Taxi park, about 1km from the International Airport of Kigali, close to “Centre Christus” upon presentation of payment proof of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 (ten thousand) Rwandan francs to the Account N° 040-0002903-26 Opened at Bank of Kigali. The successful bidder(s) shall also deposit on the same bank account 2% of bid security.
The Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from Monday to Friday. Inquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to Inades phone number +250735298 786.
Well printed bids properly bound and presented in 3 (three) copies one of which is the original must reach the Inades-Formation Rwanda secretariat at the address mentioned above not later than 26th August 2020 at 09h00’. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Inades-Formation Rwanda head office on 26th August 2020 at 10h00’. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title of bidding.
