TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF HAND WASHING FACILITIES IN DIFFERENT PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN GASABO, KICUKIRO, GICUMBI AND NYARUGURU DISTRICTS
World Vision Rwanda hereby invites competent and reputable companies in the field of Construction to submit their proposals/bids for the aforementioned project. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field. No official site visit is organized. Attached to this tender advert, is the list of all schools divided in lot 1 and 6 (a bidder can, therefore, organize at his own convenience the visit to schools before submission of the bid).

The submission of bids will be done through the WVR e-procurement system. Anyone interested in bidding must submit the request of tender document starting from 17/07/2020, accompanied by a scanned of a prepaid Bank slip or money transfer record of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) to the account # 0010083813839701labeled “WORLD VISION RWANDA” opened at “ECOBANK“; to the following e-mails: jean_shyirambere@wvi.org and gregoire_habimana@wvi.org.
The deadline to request for bids is 22/07/2020 at 11:00 am. An e-mail will be sent to the bidders to access the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa) and submit their bids latest on 24/07/2020 at 4:00PM. The opening will be done electrically and bidders will be communicated the opening results after.
