World Vision Rwanda hereby invites all competent and reputable companies falling under category D and above in the field of drinking water supply systems as per RPPA 2020-2021 categorization ; to submit their bids to World Vision Rwanda for the aformentioned tender.
A compulsory site visit will be conducted by Nyamasheke District with World Vision engineers as per the below schedule. The bidders will arrange for their own transport to the sites to be visited.

Instruction to bidders :
1. Please note that all tendering process and bids submission will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement, no hard copies will be accepted.
2. All interested bidders must provide their details through this link “EoI for Jurwe WSS” to express their interest.
3. The cost of the tender document is a non-refundable fee of 20,000 Rwfs which must be deposited or transferred to the account 0010083813839701 labelled “WORLD VISION RWANDA” opened at “ECOBANK”.
4. The deadline to express interest is on 26/03/2021 at 10:00 am.
5. After the submission of the expression of interest, World Vision team will send an email on 26/03/2021 to all the bidders to access WVR-e-procurement system (Coupa), where bidders will have the tender document for bidding instructions and BoQ to fill in their prices.
6. Bids must be submitted only via WVR e-procurement not later than 09/04/2021 at 10:00 am.
7. Any bidder who will meet challenges during the expression of interest and bid submission can request for support to these emails: jean_shyirambere@wvi.org and arsene_niyongabo@wvi.org.
