Faith Victory Association invites national eligible bidders to bid for the tender to construct hand washing facilities in Nyaruguru District. The competition is opening to all local eligible companies specialized in similar fields.
The complete Tender Document may be obtained from the FVA Head office located at Rusororo (just about 100 metres from Riviera High School on a paved road as you come from Mulindi center) P.O. BOX 2800, Kigali, Tel: 0787191078 Email: faithvictory2005@gmail.com with effect from 17th September 2020 on working days between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. The price for the tender document is 10,000 Frw deposited on Bank A/C opened in EQUITY Bank in the names of FVA- RUHERU LRP on Account No: 4014200528859 and the bank slip and Site Visit Certificates must be presented to the FVA office before collecting the tender document.
The site visit will be conducted on two different days. Ps YANZA, Gs RUHERU, GS REMERA Sites will be visited on Wednesday 16th September 2020, Ps GAHOTORA, and RUHERU Selling Point Sites will be visited on Thursday 17th September 2020 at 10:00 am. The location of the five Sites to be is as follows:

Well typed bid technical and financial proposals, properly bound and presented in 2 copies, one of which is original and both copies must be submitted in sealed envelopes at FVA Head Office in Rusororo Sector (About 200 meters after Riviera High School as you come from Mulindi on paved road) not later than 22nd September 2020 at 3:00pm and the public opening of the bids will take place on the same day at FVA head Office at 3:30PM.
