Creative Leap Acceleration Programme – CLAP Fashion Academy 2025 (Deadline: 11 August, 2025)
Applications are open for the Creative Leap Acceleration Programme (CLAP) Fashion Academy 2025. Through the Fashion Academy Abuja, this programme aims to bridge skill gaps and empower the next generation of fashion innovators with technical expertise and business acumen.
This initiative is a strategic effort to strengthen Nigeria’s fashion value chain by offering practical, industry-focused training to early-stage fashion entrepreneurs. The programme will be rolled out in two phases, from September to October 2025, and March 2026, with continuous monitoring and feedback conducted in collaboration between the Ministry and The Fashion Academy Abuja.
Courses Offered
Participants may apply for one of the following fully practical courses:
- Pattern Making and Professional Sewing Techniques
- Fashion Business and Branding
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Hold a minimum of an O-Level certificate;
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge in the tailoring or fashion business;
- Provide evidence of an existing fashion business or portfolio;
- Show a clear commitment to growth and professional development.
