Aim and Benefits of Dell Technologies Female Mentoring Program
- Opportunity to work with a mentor and engage in frequent 1-to-1 meetings whereby you can further enhance your understanding of the IT industry and gain insight into your mentor’s career/role and work on your own career aspirations.
- Acquire an understanding of careers in Dell Technologies.
- Opportunity to meet and network in Dell Technologies and fellow mentees.
- Preparation for graduate applications
Requirements for Dell Technologies Female Mentoring Program Qualification
- As a female studying a STEM degree or STEM related course or business related course
- HBO 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or University Bachelor 2nd, 3rd year or University Master 1st or 2nd year
- Dutch speaking – professional language skills or native
Interview date, Process and Venue for Dell Technologies Female Mentoring Program
Successful applicants will receive a link to complete a short interview
What is expected from me
- Engagement with your mentor once a month (can be online, hybrid or face-to-face) for 6 months from February 2025 to July 2025
- Participation in events run by the program (onsite opening ceremony, 9 training session on topics “Technical Skills, Personal Branding, Soft Skills” and the closing ceremony)
- 70% attendance of sessions is required to receive certification ( 100% = approx. 20 hours, events + mentoring)
