Director of Competition and Consumer Rights Unit Under Statute at RWANDA INSPECTORATE AND COMPETITION AUTHORITY (RICA): (Deadline 1 August 2023)

Job description

Coordinate, supervise and ensure the effective implementation of all activities of the Unit;
– Establish strategic and operational plans &  programs and ensure the smooth running of the Unit;
– Evaluate, at the first level, the performance of staff under his/her direct supervision;
– Evaluate, at the last level, the performance of staff under his/her supervision;
– To make recommendations for the improvement of the activities of the Unit ;
– Undertake other responsibilities determined by hierarchical supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Law

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Master’s in Economics

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Masters in Management

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law

    3 Years of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Commercial Law

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Master’s Degree in Business Management

    1 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

    3 Years of relevant experience
