Job responsibilities
– Knowledge to develop measurable objectives, operational plans and measurable indicators/targets for public health programs and project; – Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with donors, implementing partners and other stakeholders; – Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects; – Knowledge and understanding of the Rwandan Health system; – Resource management skills; – Analytical skills; – Problem solving skills; – Decision making skills; – Networking skills; – Leadership skills; – Mentoring and coaching skills – Time management skills; – Risk management skills; – Performance management skills; – Results oriented; – Digital literacy skills; – Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French.
