The Eisenhower Global Program 2026 is a prestigious, fully funded leadership development initiative that brings together mid-career professionals from around the world. Eisenhower Fellowships (EF) brings together visionary leaders from around the world to the United States for a unique six-week program in spring 2026, combining in-person and virtual experiences. Fellows will design impactful projects, build lasting professional relationships, and collaborate with peers and the EF network of over 1,800 leaders

  • Spousal or family travel expenses are not covered.
  • Children are not permitted to accompany Fellows during the program.
  • No financial grants are provided for project implementation post-fellowship.
  • Age: Preferably between 32 and 45 (exceptions considered)
  • Language: Strong proficiency in English required
  • Citizenship/Residency: Must have citizenship and/or lived for at least 5 years in the country of application
  • U.S. residents are not eligible for the international program
  • Candidates from non-active EF countries need:
    • A letter of recommendation from an EF Fellow
    • Regional impact in their work
  • Cannot have participated in another fellowship in the last 2 years
  • Full-time commitment required during the program; no breaks unless for emergencies
  • Must get employer approval for leave
  • Children and spouses cannot accompany Fellows
  • Fellowship may not be used for business deals or financial solicitations
  • Use of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) in application essays is strictly prohibited
  • All external sources must be cited
  • Only one recommendation per candidate from an EF Fellow per cycle

Total estimate: $1,100–$2,800 per month, depending on location and lifestyle.
