Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Production Plant
Job Summary:
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in a production plant, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution and control.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and resolve problems.
- Maintain and upgrade existing electrical equipment.
- Ensure electrical safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize production processes.
- Conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a production plant.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles, circuits, and control systems.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial control systems.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards .
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Work Environment:
- Production plant setting.
- Exposure to noise, heat, and hazardous materials.
- Shift work, including weekends.
