Aim and Benefits of Energy Talent Company Trainee Program
- Successful learners who complete and pass the Foundational and Specialisation Assessment receive certificates.
- After the MATRIX apprenticeship, ETC supports participants in securing a job at a solar company as a full-time or project-based employee. This includes a monthly income and additional benefits.
Program Phases: GENESIS, MATRIX, and ALPHA
- GENESIS Program: Learn the basics of solar engineering through a foundational program.
- MATRIX Program: Engage in intensive online and physical training, including a 6-week apprenticeship with a solar company.
- ALPHA Program: Be placed as a full-time employee with a solar company, receiving career support and professional development for two years.
Note: Physical training is conducted at our centers in Abuja, Asaba, Lagos, and Port Harcourt.
Requirements for Energy Talent Company Trainee Program Qualification
- Graduates under the age of 30.
- Must be resident in any state in Nigeria.
- Age should be between 18 and 30.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Two program options: Talent Corp and Elite Talent Corp.
